Job Profile: Engineer / Senior Engineer – Inside Sales

Designation: Engineer

Experience: 2-4 years

Academic Qualification: BE/B-Tech or ME/M-tech Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Electrical / Instrumentation / Power System /Control System / Mechatronic / Robotics. or similar from reputed Institutions/Universities/Engineering Colleges with First Class or Equivalent Grade.

Job Location: Bangalore

Scope of Work:

SALES
  • Tender Search, Tender Track, Tender Upload, Tender Correspondence,
  • Govt Portal (GEM portal ) Handling of various Defence / PSU Organisations
  • Registration track and Renewal for different Organisation
  • P.O Follow up, P.O Tracking
  • Appointment Scheduling through LinkedIn
  • Making Budget & Quote
  • Payment Follow Up

AUDIT

  • CSIA, ISO, AS9100 Audit Correspondence for Sales
  • MR Activity
  • Maintenance of REPO

MARKETING

  • Coordination of  Marketing activities with Head of Marketing
  • Marketing Material Handling & DEMO Coordination
  • Interaction with NI on Sales and Marketing related Correspondence  
  • Research on different Programs

    KRA:

    • Inside Sales Activity

    • CSIA, ISO, AS9100 Audit

    • Marketing Activity Coordination

    Goals & Targets: 

    • Generating Leads through tender search
    •  Fixing Of Appointment of Senior Management through LinkedIn, Social Media site
    • Audit Certification            
    • Cold Calls, Presentation, Marketing Activities, Correspondence, Negotiation

    Additional Qualities:

    • Must have deep knowledge on Govt Portal (GEM portal )  Handling of various Defence / PSU Organisation
    • Must have wide experience in working on Tenders ( Especially Tender Correspondence / Uploading of Tenders/ Registration / Tender Search )
    • Must have experience in Appointment scheduling / Knowledge on LinkedIn / YouTube/ Social Media for Business expansion
    • Must have worked on ISO/AS9100 Organisation and have adequate knowledge on the same
    • Must have experience  on Payment Follow up
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in techno-sales/Marketing
    • High Proficiency in Ms-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Good presentation skills
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Basic Knowledge in Aerospace and defence technology (RF, Communication standards, Protocols etc.) will be added advantage
